Public Hearing on Proposed Listing of 22 Substances

Revisions have been proposed to 301 CMR 41: Toxic or Hazardous Substance List (TURA List). Specifically, the proposed change to the regulation is to list twenty-two substances under 301 CMR 41.00 section 41.03(16), which have been added by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) to EPCRA Section 313 Toxic Chemical List. The addition of these substances is mandated by M.G.L. Chapter 21I Section 9.

Written comments will be accepted until 5 p.m. on November 3, 2023. These may be submitted via email to [email protected], or via mail to: Tiffany Skogstrom, Executive Director of the TURA Administrative Council, Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs, 100 Cambridge Street, 10th Floor, Boston, MA 02114.
